SCRANTON, Pa. -- Connoisseurs of chocolate and wine descended upon the Electric City Sunday night.
There were plenty of sweet and savory treats to sample at the chocolate and wine frolic at the Scranton Cultural Center.
The fundraiser hosted by United Neighborhood Centers featured over 20 food and wine vendors.
The money raised benefits adult literacy and English as a second language programs.
